I came into the class wanting concrete tools to deal with depression and anxiety which I definitely learned!! I think the most important part of this class has been working with my internal self, seeing thoughts as mental events and not a refection of “me.” I see this class as a jumping off point of learning more about mindfulness in order to make this a larger part of my life. I plan on reading some more material by JKZ and others and continue learning. L
